Using various activities we inform the local public about the issues we care about, as for example exploitative child labour, the ban on
land mines but also grievances
in Hagen, where children are concerned. We also consider the networking between the different groups in Hagen as very important and we are a member of the North-South-Forum.

We try to interfere, whenever child-rights are dependant on other peoples decisions, for example by collecting subscriptions on a
petition against child-soldiers, or by writing to the city corporation and church parishes only to use flowers which have been raised socially and ecologically correct.

The project work of terre des hommes wouldn’t be possible without funds.That’s why we collect money in the streets of the city centre
and ask people for a continuing donation.
